Entry fee and payments
The entry fee is 80 Euro
Includes:
- Camping, WiFi
- Lunch package for each day of the competition
- Emergency service, ambulance and a doctor for all task days
- Tracks download and scoring
- Retrieval of the participants and transport of the hang gliders
- Awards ceremony and dinner for the participants
*If there is no valid task, a part of the task will be returned to the participants.
The entry fee must be paid at least 15 days before the start of the competition. After fulfillment of the registration form each pilot will receive an e-mail with bank details.

Validation and rankings
The contest will be considered valid if there are at least two valid tasks during competition.
Following results will be fulfilled:
1. Hang gliding class 1
2. Women ( with at least 5 participants )
Participants and selection
The competition is open to all Member and Assosiated member countries of FAI who may enter any number of pilots in Class 1.The registration of the pilots will be valid only after payment of the entry fee.
All payments should be done at least 15 days before the start of the competition.
The organizer, has the right to accept or not the registration of each pilot. Pilots may be excluded from the contest for safety reasons or inability to take part in the competition, with respect to sport reference carried out before.

Only pre-registered pilots with valid FAI card will be admitted
Pilots are required to bring their valid FAI card for 2013.
Headquarter and registration
The headquarter will be only 5 minutes away from the main takeoff - GPS coordinates: 42.348652° 22.843991°
The registration of the pilots will start at 14:00 on June 1st at the headquarter until 22:00
Documents needed for the registration:
1. Flight licence
2. Valid FAI Card
3. Insurance ( in compliance of FAI law )

GPS, Software and Scoring
The download of the race tracks will be made using GPSDump, while FS scoring system (fs.fai.org) will be used.
The GPS must record the flight altitude.
The pilots should provide a suitable cable for the GPS they use.
The MapDatum will be WGS84 and the waypoints are in UTM format.
Awards
To take his prize the pilot should be presented at the award ceremony.
Complaints
Any complaints must be submitted before 9:00am on the day following publication of the provisional ranking or within 30 minutes of the publication of the final ranking. A deposit of 50 euro is required. If the appeal is rejected the deposit will not be returned.
